Stephen R. Foley regularly prepares and tries cases involving motor vehicle, motorcycle and snowmobile accidents, in addition to his extensive experience in representing railroad and construction workers who are injured in the workplace. Steve studied at Atlanta's Emory University, where he earned a B.A. in both History and Philosophy. He earned his Juris Doctor at Cleveland's Case Western Reserve University in 1988.

He's also been involved in a number of high profile cases, including involvement on behalf of the estate of a person killed by steel coils on the New York State 190.
Steve is a Presidents Club Member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, serves on the state board of directors for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and is also a director of the Western Affiliate of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. Married to Catherine Beltz Foley, Steve has three children, Stephen Ryan, Claire and Maureen.
